Mawashi 
Tournant
Tournant, circulaire. On le retrouve dans de nombreuses techniques en arc de cercle comme Mawashi Geri (coup de pied circulaire) ou Mawashi Uke (blocage circulaire).
Dans le cas du Mawashi Geri, la trajectoire circulaire est generalement produite par la rotation de la hanche, l’impact etant porte avec le dessus du pied (Haisoku) ou la plante avant du pied (Chusoku) selon les styles.
